The Xuande-Xiphoian Navy operates 22 classes of ships, in a wide variety of roles. Ships of the Xuande-Xiphoian Navy are prefixed as XS, for Xuande-Xiphoian Ship, and this prefix has been used since the Navy's formation, when it referred to either Xuandean Ship or Xiphoian Ship, depending on the ship's sponsoring Republic (with the exception of Ménkǒu Dǎo, where the Royal prefix was also attached forming RXS.)

- Named for the Gholgothan mythological goddess of good order and lawful conduct

- Naming system: notable Xuande-Xiphoians with histories in the Naval Services, merchant marine, or in service to seagoing Xuande-Xiphoians

- A highly modified variant of the Eunomia class frigate, specialising in anti-submarine warfare
- Named for the Pasific mythological god who had a third truth-seeing eye in the middle of his forehead

- Arsenal Ships sail with larger formation and act as mobile "gun trucks" providing a huge force of missiles to support land-air operations

- Exceptionally modular small ships, designed to be rapidly on and offloaded with equipment to perform a huge variety of missions
- Named for a famous class of Gholgothan light infantry that would split from the phalanx and fight independently in battle
- Hull designation: MCL
- Naming system: all vessels are named Ekdromoi suffixed by their hull number, i.e. XS Ekdromoi 1 through XS Ekdromoi 3333

- Highly advanced and in-demand ships that provide the full suite of medical needs in war, emergency response, and peace in humanitarian missions
- Named after the Gholgothan mythological automaton who slayed pirates and invaders. He circled the island's shores three times daily.

- Naming system: decorated Xuande-Xiphoian military doctors and nurses
Tam Kung class Submarine Rescue Ship
- Specially designed and equipped to respond to submarines, Xuande-Xiphoian and foreign, in need of emergency rescue
- Named after the Pasfic sea deity Tam who could forecast the weather. It was said that he could cure patients in his childhood.

- Naming system: each ship is named Rescuer and suffixed by hull number, e.g. XS Rescuer 1 to XS Rescuer 13
